Your Role

As a key player in our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Design and analyze structural frameworks (reinforced concrete, prefabricated concrete, pre-stressed concrete, steel, and timber structures).

• Prepare technical documents (reports, assessments, calculation notes).

• Oversee cost management (estimations, tenders, accounts).

• Develop methods and project planning strategies.

• Coordinate technical aspects and ensure smooth execution of construction projects.

• Perform quality control and site supervision to guarantee excellence.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a forward-thinking engineer with:

✔️ A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering.

✔️ At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects (housing, industrial buildings, public infrastructure, bridges).

✔️ Experience working in Switzerland is a must.

✔️ Fluent French proficiency (spoken and written).

✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Axis and Cubus engineering tools.

✔️ Expertise in SIA norms, financial management, and structural calculations.
