Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key retail accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Drive growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and best-in-class execution.

  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and execute plans to increase market share across key product categories.

  • Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

  • Analyze consumer trends within the electronics category to identify new market opportunities.

  • Prepare thorough sales reports and forecasts based on data and industry insights.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer sites, delivering compelling sales presentations.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the consumer electronics industry.

  • Strong understanding of both traditional retail and eCommerce dynamics.

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and interface with stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to account management.

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
