Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Prospecting – Identify and acquire new clients in your region

Client Management & Retention – Maintain and develop long-term relationships by providing tailored solutions

Negotiation & Closing Deals – Present services to high-level decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Managers) and establish winning partnerships

Travel & Networking – Regular client visits, participation in industry events & expanding professional connections

Reporting & Strategy – Analyze sales data, report progress & collaborate closely with the regional director


Your Profile:


🔹 Languages: French (B2/C1) & Italian (C1/C2)

🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (outside of training)

🔹 Driver’s License: Category B required

🔹 Strong communication & negotiation skills  

🔹 Proactive mindset & entrepreneurial thinking
