I am a headhunter, independent recruiter, and offer executive search and talent acquisition service, mainly to Technology companies around the world.

By deeply observing and analyzing the wrong understandings and practices that are quite common in this field, I was successful in differentiating myself by adding to the typical HR administrative perspective of recruitment, by applying my background and experience in business consultancy, development, management, strategy, and supply chain management forming an unconventional perspective of the recruitment process.

My successful matching rate rises on average up to 80%.

My philosophy in this is to go human when the others are going more towards automation in this process, I consider and treat both as my clients, the employers, and the job seekers, I got to know and understand both sites good, as I will not be matching a CV to a JD, but human to human.
