🧭 Your Mission


As the Partner & Client Services Manager for the LPS (Life Insurance under Free Provision of Services) division, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, multilingual team across middle-office and back-office functions.

  • Align local operations with global objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.

  • Optimize client and partner relationships through proactive service and seamless coordination.

  • Oversee daily operations, validate key transactions, and ensure data integrity.

  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Integrate digital tools to streamline workflows and elevate partner/client interactions.


🎯 What You Bring


  • 5+ years of experience in team or dossier management within life insurance (LPS).

  • Fluency in Portuguese, French, and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, client-facing, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
