🌟 Role Overview

As a psychiatrist, you will:

• Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions for hospitalized patients

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including general practitioners, psychologists, nurses, and social workers

• Lead clinical meetings and contribute to institutional committees (CLAN, CLIN, CME, etc.)

• Ensure continuity of care through 24/7 coverage shared with colleagues

• Maintain detailed medical records and coordinate therapeutic interventions

You’ll have the opportunity to work across two distinct units:

• A specialized unit for patients with complex psychiatric needs

• A general psychiatry care pathway

  
  

🎓 Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Doctorate in Medicine with specialization in Psychiatry

• Registered with the French Medical Council (Ordre des Médecins)

• Committed to ethical, independent, and patient-centered care

• Open to using a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychoanalysis and CBT
