We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join a dynamic Specialty Chemicals Sales Team in Europe. This is a replacement role offering the chance to step into an established portfolio and make an immediate impact. You’ll work closely with a Senior Director of Specialty Chemicals, managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting applications across CASE, Lubricants & MWF, Agro, and Flavors & Fragrances.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the specialty chemicals market.
Drive sales initiatives and achieve growth targets in assigned sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Global Sales, and the Hiring Manager.
Manage the full sales cycle with a focus on inside sales excellence.
Provide insights into market trends and customer needs.
📌 Desired Profile
Degree in Science, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in account/sales management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or specialty chemicals.
Proven track record of success in inside sales.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
