📌 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Directeur de Projet Ouvrages d’Art to lead major infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This is a senior leadership role where you will oversee project delivery, manage teams, and ensure excellence in quality, budget, and timelines.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from the early stages through to execution.

• Supervise project managers, external partners, and client relationships.

• Ensure alignment between resources and project needs.

• Take full responsibility for strategic, commercial, financial, human, legal, organizational, and technical dimensions of projects.

• Contribute to the department’s business development initiatives.

• Oversee landmark projects such as:

  • Canal Seine-Nord Europe

  • Extension of the Atlantic basin at Dunkerque Port

  • Doubling of RN42 in the North

  • BHNS Lille–Villeneuve d’Ascq

  • Lille Tramway and surrounding network

  • Doubling of the Fontinettes lock

  • Framework agreements for MEL structures

    
    

👤 Ideal Profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) from a leading institution (ENPC, ENTPE, ESTP, Centrale, INSA).

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and client management skills.

• Ability to thrive in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

• Willingness to travel within Hauts-de-France.
